Role: Certified Scrum Product Owner
Overview: Seeking a Houston, Texas based seasoned Scrum Certified Product Owner to gather requirements, define the MVP, draft and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria. The role involves close collaboration with Business SMEs in white-boarding sessions to capture requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements and ring fence the MVP.
- Write and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with business subject matter experts in white boarding sessions.
- Facilitate communication across functional and technical departments.
- Work effectively in fast-paced and ever-changing environments.
- Deliver results across cross-functional swim lanes.
- Comprehend new technologies and translate them into business advantages.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor\'s Degree in a relevant discipline or area required.
- At least 7+ years of work experience as a business analyst or project manager.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification required.
- Sound judgement, attention to detail, and follow-through on actions.
- Flexibility to perform in an ever-changing work environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and delegate effectively.
- Experience in stakeholder management and facilitating change delivery.
- High emotional intelligence and solid interpersonal and relationship building skills.
