Job Description

Vivo HealthStaff has been retained to search for a Clinical Practice Manager for a growing healthcare organization based in the San Francisco East Bay.

Duties:

• In-charge of daily medical practice operations
• Lead the clinical operation initiations
• Support our clinical team to ensure daily care delivery
• Handle clinical scheduling, billing, vendor management, and team support
• Build processes and roll-out for increased patient satisfaction and high-quality clinical care
• Collaborate closely with the multi-disciplinary clinical team to improve outcomes

Requirements:

• 5 or more years experience in healthcare clinical operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Independent problem solver
