Its management team guides clients through all phases of planning, design, construction and project management for commercial, industrial and institutional markets. KenMor's work ranges from office buildings and multiuse developments to stadiums, arenas, shopping centers, restaurants, hospitals and industrial plants. Primary Responsibilities Utilizing various recruitment channels to identify and engage potential candidates with electrical craft experience, including online job boards, trade publications, technical schools, and industry events. Reviewing resumes and conducting initial screenings to evaluate candidates' technical skills, certifications, and experience in electrical construction. Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process. Preparing job offers for selected candidates then communicating with Office Manager to initiate onboarding. Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system (ATS). Providing regular updates and reports to management on recruitment efforts. Building and nurturing relationships with trade organizations, unions, and other industry partners to expand our talent network. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in [industry or sector]. Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Passion for talent acquisition and driving positive candidate experiences.
