Type: Full-Time/Regular Responsibilities Training Facilitator Lead engaging training sessions, both in-person and online, utilizing lectures, group discussions, and hands-on activities. Identify learners' needs in instructional settings. Develop clear goals and expectations at the start of training sessions and set the tone accordingly. Assist with logistical arrangements and preferences for training delivery. Coordinate with the Government Training Manager and trainers regarding updates, requirements, and serve as the liaison for student inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Instructional Designer Define learning objectives and create engaging content. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather relevant information based on learner needs. Design detailed storyboards outlining course structure and interactions. Develop online courses, assessments, and knowledge checks to evaluate training effectiveness. Create multimedia supporting materials, considering different learner needs and how materials are integrated into the curriculum. Recommend instructional strategies. Conduct needs assessments, analyze data, and propose solutions for identified discrepancies. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in curriculum design; equivalent experience considered with a bachelor’s degree. Experience with NAVSEA Security Cooperation and FMS is preferred. Proficiency in adult learning principles and technology-based content creation. Ability to create engaging learning materials using various tools. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Located within 100 miles of Washington, DC.
