Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Downstream Marketing to lead our marketing efforts for our radiopharmaceutical product line. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing to end user HCPs, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, preferably radiopharmaceuticals, and a passion for driving growth through innovative marketing strategies. This position will support direct and indirect global sales teams with innovative and compliant marketing tools, build effective communication processes across multi-channel platforms, and create market growth tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote radiopharmaceutical products, including RUBY-FILL franchise.
  • Lead promotional review committee to ensure compliance with all marketing material. Determine process for ensuring global compliance w all marketing assets.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, product development, and regulatory affairs, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Lead partnerships with external vendors, such as ad agencies and consultants, ensuring timely execution of projects.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Create and manage content for digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using analytics tools to measure ROI and effectiveness.
  • Work with vendors to develop targeted marketing strategies and manage vendor relationships.
  • Manage marketing budgets, and oversee vendor payments and ensure timely processing.
  • Plan and coordinate attendance at trade shows and industry events to promote products and network with potential clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize impact.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the healthcare industry is a plus.
