Medical Practice Manager
Vienna, VA
Pay From: $37 per hour

MUST:
Experienced Practice Manager – Healthcare – Fee for Service
3plus years of experience as a Practice Manager within a Healthcare setting
Must have experience managing a large multi-provide, multi-location practice
Must be computer savvy, have Microsoft Office Suite experience and EMR experience
Must have a strong knowledge of OSHA, FMLA, and other regulations
Must have experience with Social Media and Marketing

DUTIES:
Practice Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
Handling staff issues/questions/concerns

• Assist the marketing team with helping to grow the practice and keeping on trend
  Manage insurance benefit enrollment, updates and termination management
  Managing staff reimbursements
  Assist with phone/initial intake interviews
  Identify and develop new practice policies and initiatives to improve work flow and customer experience
  Elevate staffing/practice issues to leadership team
  Office supply ordering and budget management
  Facility maintenance management
  Provide ongoing customer service training for staff
  Ensure financial performance including budgeting, payroll, and vendor relations
