We work closely with clinics offering treatments like ketamine therapy, TMS, Spravato, and integrative psychiatric care to drive high-quality leads and improve patient access to life-changing care.

We’re now looking for someone to take our SEO and Google Ads offerings to the next level.

About the Role

We’re looking for a curious, self-motivated, and strategic SEO & Google Ads Specialist to join our team. This is a high-impact role where you’ll have the opportunity to shape and own SEO and SEM strategy across a portfolio of healthcare clients.

You don’t need to be an expert in everything yet, but you do need to be hungry to learn, have hands-on experience running Google Ads campaigns, and know how to get a website ranked for relevant keywords.

You’ll work closely with our marketing leads to analyze performance, propose and implement improvements, and contribute meaningfully to the growth of our client accounts.

What You'll Do

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies that drive organic growth for our healthcare clients
  • Conduct keyword research, site audits, backlink analysis, and on-page optimization
  • Create and maintain automated SEO performance reports (using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Looker Studio)
  • Recommend and implement fixes for technical SEO issues (crawlability, indexing, site speed, mobile usability)
  • Stay current with algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Support content optimization and metadata best practices
  • Collaborate with account leads to pull SEO insights for monthly/quarterly client presentations
  • Conduct competitive research to identify ranking gaps and SEO opportunities

Google Ads Campaign Management

  • Build and manage search campaigns (with occasional display or video) for lead generation
  • Monitor and optimize performance (CPC, CTR, CPL) and improve conversion rates
  • Conduct keyword planning, audience targeting, and ad copy testing
  • Collaborate with the creative team on landing page creation and strategy
  • Report regularly on campaign performance with actionable recommendations

Analytics & Reporting

  • Set up and QA tracking (Google Tag Manager, Conversion Events, Goals)
  • Analyze campaign data and translate into insights for the team and client
  • Collaborate with the team to build dashboards and performance summaries for internal and client reporting

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or SEO (agency or in-house)
  • Experience managing lead generation campaigns or ranking websites in competitive niches
  • Bonus: familiarity with the healthcare or mental health space

Skills

  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Search Console
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.)
  • Experience with WordPress and/or Duda is a plus
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and website performance optimization
  • Strong research, reporting, and documentation skills
