In this vital position, you will:

• Provide health promotion and maintenance through the diagnosis and treatment of acute illnesses and chronic conditions.
• Prescribe medications, examine patients, diagnose illnesses, and deliver effective treatment plans.
• Advise executives on developing functional strategies that significantly impact patient care.
• Exercise independent judgment and decision-making on complex issues, all while working under minimal supervision.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of technical experience.
• 2+ years of project leadership experience.
• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner/PA license in the appropriate state.
• Passion for improving consumer experiences in healthcare.
• This role is part of Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program; TB screening will be required if selected.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's in Science of Nursing/PA.
• NP with at least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience.

• Clinic Location: 4050 Ryan Street, Lake Charles, LA 70605
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $115,200 - $158,400 per year. This range reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment. Individual pay may vary based on geographic location, skills, experience, and education.
