Job Description
Perform radiological diagnostic procedures ordered by a member of the hospital Medical Staff as authorized by State, Federal regulations, and hospital policy & procedures. The population served includes infants, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. Operates diagnostic equipment, develops film, and prepares the room with necessary equipment and supplies for a procedure. Secondary duties include clerical duties, receptionist, answering the telephone, scheduling patients, ordering supplies, stocking the department, maintaining files, and general cleaning. Assist the Director of Diagnostic Imaging with Quality Control, Quality Improvement measures, and conduction special projects.
