The Sr. Manager, Security Technology is a crucial role that will lead the planning and implementation of CCTV and Alarm systems across our supply chain facilities, including distribution centers and fulfillment centers. This role is critical for ensuring the seamless installation and operational success of CCTV, intrusion alarm, and fire alarm systems. You will lead a team that will manage complex projects, ensuring on-time delivery, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of security technology installations in distribution centers and fulfillment centers.
Construction Management: Coordinate closely with general contractors, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution.
Stakeholder Communication: Regularly engage with internal customers, including Global Tech, Construction, Asset Protection, and Industrial Design teams, providing clear and consistent project updates.
Budget Management: Develop, track, and report on project budgets, including equipment and labor costs, leveraging SAP and other financial tools.
Schedule Management: Create and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring on-time delivery of all project milestones.
Technical Expertise: Utilize project management software (QuickBase), data analytics platforms (Tableau, Power BI), and maintain a working knowledge of life safety compliance standards.
Compliance Oversight: Partner with fire compliance and safety teams to ensure adherence to safety protocols and strategies.
Data-Driven Reporting: Track and report project KPi's, financial performance, and other critical metrics to leadership.
Problem Resolution: Lead strategic meetings, address project challenges, and drive issue resolution with stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal engineering, security technology design, construction and compliance teams to ensure successful technology implementations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration , Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is required.
5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on security technology, automation, or life safety systems in large-scale facilities.
Strong understanding of project management software (ex: QuickBase), data analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI), and financial systems (SAP).
Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with security technology systems (CCTV, intrusion alarms, fire alarms) and life safety compliance standards.
Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
