Now Hiring: Warehouse Leads – Fontana, CA (92335)

Location: Walmart Distribution Center, Fontana, CA
Position: Warehouse Lead (Loading/Unloading)
Pay Rate: $24.00/hour
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
10-12 hour shifts (Overtime paid after 8 hours)
Must be available for occasional additional days if called in
Job Type: Long-Term Temp-to-Hire
Key Responsibilities:
Work alongside team to load/unload containers by hand throughout most of the shift
Lead and manage a team of 15 employees
Conduct daily meetings and coach team members
Maintain strong communication with employees and customers
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation
Strong and consistent attendance record
Fluent in Spanish (required)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Physical stamina – frequent lifting and manual labor required
Resume must reflect relevant Warehouse, Logistics, or Lead experience
