Requirements Must be able to complete the following: Lawn Maintenance, Boarding, Lock Changes & Lock Boxes, Minor Repairs, Major Repairs, Eviction Services, Roof Repair, Replacement & Tarps, Winterizations, Prepare Bids & Reports, Inspections, Rehab (GC work if you have license), Additional items as assigned.

STAGE 3 TRAINING STAGE : AFTER SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION AND RECEIPT OF ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS YOU WILL RECEIVE:
- Login information to our database
- Test Work order
- Training document to learn to upload into our system.
STAGE 4: READY FOR WORK: AFTER SUBMISSION OF YOUR TEST WORK ORDER AND ALL REMAINING DOCUMENTS YOU WILL RECEIVE:
- Welcome Email
- Your initial work orders.
